Biogas digestates
Biogas digestate treatment plants
The residue from a biogas plant is called digestate. Digestate processing separates it into two parts: a liquid (clarified) fraction and a solid fraction, which require two different treatments.
Digestate biological treatment plants
The main technologies we use to treat the liquid part of wastewater from biogas plants are aerobic biological treatment (activated sludge) and with membrane filtration, if necessary followed by a refining process to make the effluent suitable for discharge.
Importance of correct treatment of digestate
Technology and expertise in plant components
Operation of a biogas digestate treatment plant is extremely complex, however, with our technical department and chemical-technological testing laboratory we are able to supply treatment plants that are perfectly suited to the customer requirements. Monitoring and scheduled support complete the service we provide.
